How to book Be education classes,
plus terms and conditions.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bookings can be secured through Customer Care (hello@be.co.nz or 0800 239 687), our Technical Master Trainer (education@be.co.nz) or your Salesperson.
For paid courses, a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking; the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days before the course date. Course fees can be charged on account or paid upfront on Visa or MasterCard.
Full course information, including a detailed list of what to bring and the location, will be provided three weeks before the course date.
ADDITIONAL INFO
The following changes are permitted up to 14 days before a class:
Name of the attendee
Rebooking to another course
Transferring the deposit amount.
If the course transferring to is of higher value, the difference will be charged. If of lesser value, the difference is non-refundable.
One change per booking permitted. Guest Artist classes cannot be rebooked or transferred.
No changes can be made within 14 days before a class. Cancellations within 14 days or no-shows will forfeit full course fees, or incur a $50 fee in the case of in-salon courses.
Courses are subject to change without notice (for example, with the launch of new products or guest artist availability).
Should a course be postponed, cancelled or changed by Be due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued where due.
